How do I get my art or photos to you?

You can upload a digital photo directly to our site for us to print and frame, or we can send you a prepaid mailer to safely ship your physical art, textiles, or mementos to our studio.

What materials do you use for your frames?

We use premium materials including solid wood moldings, acid-free mats, and UV-protective acrylic to ensure your art is preserved and beautifully displayed for years to come.

How long does the framing process take?

Digital orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For physical art, the process takes about 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your piece at our workshop.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international framing enthusiasts in the near future.

What is your return policy on custom frames?

Because every frame is custom-made to your specific dimensions, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are not 100% happy with your order, contact us and we will make it right.

Can you frame objects that aren't flat?

Yes! We specialize in shadowboxes for items like jerseys, medals, and textiles. Our experts handle each unique item with white-glove care.
