Return Process

    Contact Our Team

    Reach out to our customer support specialists within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or request a remake.

    Document Your Issue

    Provide a brief description and photos of your frame so we can understand any quality concerns or shipping damage.

  • 3.
    Receive a Shipping Label

    If a return or replacement is required, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to send the original piece back to our studio.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once received, we will prioritize your replacement build or process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
